What we actually do for builders
81 North is led by Anthony Boyce, with over 20 years in the built environment. That includes eight years in structural engineering practice, five years in planning consultancy, time at global property firm Savills, and over a decade as an active property developer. Alongside him is Grant Hewitt, an entrepreneurial, qualified architect with years of hands-on project experience. Together, we bring nearly 30 years of combined, real-world knowledge.
